Sore after doing Kettlebell on Sat and a Dance workshop on Sunday with Saroj Khan http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saroj_Khan .
I am trying (trying) to cut grains out of my diet..it's not easy and not practical either.

RS is crawling!!!

He started crawling last week.. When he turned 10 months! I will post a video soon..

Took DS rollerskating the other day. It brought back memories.. I want to take him more frequently. 3 is a good age to start.

Spin Class!

Spinning is something I've been doing on and off since 2008. It helps with weight loss but you kinda hit a plateau. I am going to try Kettlebell workouts..anyone have any sucess with it?

Better late than never...

I had been thinking of doing a blog for a while now but never had the chance to do it..I still don't have the time so that's why my posts will be short but sweet! It's a good way to track milestones in our kids lives as well as to journal some things that I want to remember..special dates..recipes and movies.
